      Big Company That Doesn't Know It's Being Eaten

      Pros

      Lots of HR processes in place means there are lots of tools for taking care of administrative aspects of your job. The benefits package is pretty good and the matching RSP contributions is sweet. I was paid well, but I've heard others say they weren't.

      Cons

      It's a big, bloated company. My department seemed unable to make strategic decisions -- they preferred to focus on the little, tactical issues and have lots and lots and lots and lots and lots and lots and lots and lots and lots of meetings.

      Pros

      Benefits are good, co-workers seem to care about their work and doing a good job. Constant changes in order to keep up with economics.

      Cons

      It doesnt matter how much you know, it matters who you know. Advancement opportunities given to friends before more knowledgable person.

      Cons

      The health insurance isn't very good. ADP is always trying to cut costs, they outsource jobs to India and will usually have a round of layoffs every year.
