      fantastic company, lots of great incentives trips & bonuses, amazing benefits, lots of flexibility, opportunity for professional growth and promotion, amazing training

      Cons

      sometimes unethical, lack of even opportunity for every sales person, tenure is extremely important so the first year on the job is by far the hardest year, lots of turn over

      1. Scope for growth is high. 2. People listen if you are competent enough.

      Cons

      Mind it all these are specific only to ADP India and not to ADP global. ADP global is a very good organisation with strong credentials. 1. Bad policies in the name of security 2. Need to sign contract for everything 3. Importance given to BPO passes its BPO culture even into IT R&D and RIM departments.

      Pros

      Great benefits after they were purchased by ADP. Many discounts to employees for eating out because of ADP ownership and size.

      Cons

      Horrible clients, horrible management that can't get it together. Oversell and underdeliver or don't deliver at all. They promise employees things they cannot deliver to get them in the door. Fly by the seat of their pants management.
