      Pros

      good base and benefits, lots of training opportunities, flexible work schedules, some managers allow outside sales people to work from home

      Cons

      You really need to fit it with the culture or this place is awful. They espouse a good game about being an inclusive and open work place but the reality is that if you don't fit the mold it is a very confining place to work.

      Lots of products to sell Freedom to work my territory how i see fit if you are a top performer the upper management will give you the support you need

      Cons

      I stay in hotels more nights than I would like I am in the Dealership Services side and the customers can be very hard to satisfy Support causes me more problems then they solve sometimes
