Cons

shouldn't hire managers that used to be kindergarten teachers, work constantly, cutthroat, must keep deals quiet or they will get stolen

Great training. Sales recruiters love it when you have ADP on your resume. If you can clock even just 1-2 years with ADP, it's your foot in the door to sales jobs in the Software and Medical Device fields, for example.

Cons

Sterile environment that can wear on you. The high turnover for the sales team is expected and hurts the culture.
