      Pros

      1) Cool work culture about work load and timing. 2) Main thing is no salary compromises , u will get good salary. 3) Good other facilities like transport , environment.

      Cons

      I don't find such cons but food is not enough testy.

      Pros

      Employee friendly. Good work culture. Fair manager and associate communication. Extra curricular activities like sports, making short films, etc. ADP IT wing has high prospects than BPO wing.

      Cons

      Low salary than expected. High tax cuttings. Monthly take home does not match the CTC division. Low career growth. Salary not compatible for those who join as a fresher.
