Incentives trips, alot of comp. time and the work environment is really cool. alot of young people and the atmosphere is fun. you can make as much as your willing to put in

Cons

cold calling not that mean lead have to create business from scratch and it gets cliquey with people looking out for other certain individuals over y.

Revolving door. Churn & Burn. very high turnover. Micromanagement at its worst.
