Pros

Flexible schedule, not a difficult job, good 401k match, remote is great if you can get it!

Cons

No real path for upward mobility, no real leadership on immediate team, company conducts layoffs regularly - at least twice annually during my tenure there. Management needs basic cultural training on bias/biased language and actions in hiring. Unless you are at HQ, you won't get a lot of the programming or cultural interaction. You are siloed and really just interact with your immediate team. I was called down for introducing myself to other members of management.

ADP Review - Pros and Cons

Pros

ADP has historically been recognized for their prioritizing of giving everyone an equal chance, and this has always been a positive experience I've had at ADP during my tenure here. I do also enjoy that ADP reaches out to their employees to gain information on how they are feeling, and this is in the form of surveys.

Cons

There is not an overly big focus on employees. A lot of people feel pressured to come into an office sick, which causes everyone to feel uncomfortable working in their respective office. I've taken notice in listening to employees that they feel leadership does not offer much flexibility (empathetic flexibility) when they have events occurring in their lives, and it almost appears that an unspoken rule exists that the company must come before anything else in life, especially family.
