      soft skills on management, relaxed environment, recognition on good work, best coworkers

      Cons

      should invest and rely more on technology rather than human workload career development not clearly defined and training (outside the corporate) not provided hr present only for hiring, it would be good to know people to work on the company

      Pros

      Great atmosphere. Organised company. Employees and environment is very professional. Humor is healthily sprinkled throughout the day. Even though it is a corporation, at the Barcelona branch it feels friendly and not every one is out for themselves or cut throat like other corporations I have worked for. Moderate diversity and high gender balance (not in leadership though). Good managers who want the best from you and for you in terms of training and growth. They want retention so they work on that. Strong team camaraderie throughout org. Annual bonus :) and health insurance. Quite flexible with working from home/remotely - depends on position though. Healthy life/work balance. Interesting social responsibility (giving back) initiatives.

      Cons

      Salary is normal for Spain but still not good enough considering employees education and experience within such a profitable corporation. Always lots of work and deadlines..so improving organisational ways takes time and effort..so change is slow across departments.
