      Pros

      Allows to build up global payroll and project manager experience, very good employer in general. I have stayed 5 years with the company at different roles

      Cons

      You work 3 time zones supporting complex projects with multiple country locations, so it requires strong project management skills. Once in the company it´s hard to get salary increase, so it´s importation to negotiate starting salary

      Pros

      Career opportunity, Mentoring program, nice colleagues.

      Cons

      Managers lacking people management skills. After almost 8 years I saw ADP losing their people orientation. Highly hierarchical, where your voice is not heard. Human resources look only for the good of the company and not the employees.
