Pros

- Uncapped commissions - ADP is financially stable (although budgets are trimmed), and it shows in the lack of benefits (just healthcare) - It really is a 9 to 5

Cons

- Some positions don't make money at all with even 0% quota attainment (outbound teams) Management accepts that fact and doesn't try to correct it. - Leads are always allocated to the same teams/people. - Toxic internal policies, lots of disputes and escalations. There's not enough business for all sales reps, and people try to steal others' attainment. - Product is very difficult to be sold, and if implementation goes badly, sales reps need to give all the commissions back. - Some managers are heavily focused on KPIs and micromanagement, obliging people to do >40 calls a day regardless of the outcome. They need to hit the number, period. - No development opportunities. More than half the managers are sourced from outside.

Pros

Flexible work hours and fun team events

Cons

It's not as easily attainable to make a good amount of money in your first year, as they promote and promise in the interviews. Hardly any support from managers, because they're super young and don't care anymore since they don't have to necessarily sale on their own anymore
