-Being able to work from home and create your own schedule -

Cons

- Deals can be taken away from you for small reasons - Work/life balance is a joke in the first year - Management is highly guilty of disparagement treatment -they tell you that the first year is hard but it gets better, but then don't allow you the first year to progress and figure it out - Shady sales techniques - Upper management has a large disconnect from its staff - Force people to resign to avoid paying unemployment - Incorrect information is given regarding compensation in the interview process - Cannibalistic sales team, pits everyone against eachother

the job currently has no pros. company no longer cares for employees. They need to readdress the treatment of employees

Cons

You are tied to the phone with no set break for using the lavatory. it is a call center position and every call monitored.The entire day spent on phone expected to have quick resolution - with little time to research client issue. No client is specifically yours so a lot of just throwing the client issue around and little resolution . many empoloyees have anxiety and are on high blood pressure meds
