      Pros

      You can improve your analytical skills, ability to identify problems, comination of team and individual work, combination of soft and technical skills, possibility to learn payroll legislation of a foreign country, using sophisticated tools and data analysis is a plus for future reference

      Cons

      chaotic management changing the system very often and unable to eliminate overtimes for lack of people and too many clients on the other hand. A lot of pressure from the management coming down on employees working hard for inferior salary. Work-life balance is almost non-existent

      Pros

      Fun job, always busy, great people to work with. Management would sometimes bring in dinner when working into the night for long shifts. Team members tried to be there for one another.

      Cons

      No expectations outlined for new hires. Very little training on changed practices. Management style was unhealthy and unsupportive; sometimes completely absent. When they were around they micromanaged everything yet specific expectations were never outlined. Training was never available and the senior support was 1:30. Layoffs occurred on regular basis and employee moral was always low. I was laid off with many of my co-workers. There is NO work life balance with this company. Days are usually 12+ hours.
