      Pros

      ADP is one of the best employers in technology industry. It has very good company culture and really cares about people. It's big and have have a lot of opportunities.

      Cons

      ADP is big. Depends on the department you are in, you may or may not get the taste of new technology and fast job advancement.

      Pros

      Stay under the radar and have a job for life - actual advice given to me. One of the few companies that still has a pension! If you like doing things the way it has always been done then this is the place.

      Cons

      It's a 'me' culture, no collaboration, no innovative thinking, arrogant culture that if it's not invented here then there's no interest to learn. The company values are just words, sadly not practiced.

      Pay was fair. Facilities were awesome.

      Cons

      Like to promote "young and dumb" over smart and educated. They seem to be intimidated by education and strategic thinking. ADP is an unkind place to work if you challenge senior leaders you are gone; that is not an atmosphere promoting improvement.
