A lot of business units, lots of areas to move to or to learn.

Cons

50/50 chance you'll get stuck with a slow moving team, weird combo of fast innovation and stagnant team, hurts seeing the fast moving teams while being on stagnant team.

Cons

long term growth is hard, you are stuck with the hand you are delt your first day. Bank Channel is dry and tough to work. CPA channel can be good but processes is long and firms are saturated from previous reps
