      Pros

      Flexibility with being able to work from home. I work more but it's nice to be home while I am working all the time.

      Cons

      No work like balance. Client load is unmanageable and management doesn't seem to care. Very stressful. Management doesn't appreciate how much their employees sacrifice for ADP.

      Pros

      Originally had a family type atmosphere with great people to work with and challenging work to keep you occupied.

      Cons

      This is a company that is behind in the IT Industry. This could have been a great Company if only they stopped laying off some of their elite personnel. Currently if an IT person was to apply to this company at it's current state, they are taking a step back or "hiding" from their career. Until a year ago, they only installed DB2 and a semi-functioning CICS system. Everyone else in the industry is years ahead.

      I am not the one for tike clocks..They watch you like a "hawk" for time... you tied down to a desk and phone ALL DAY...
