Pros

Onsite cafe, fitness, good employee culture( many employees are caring, friendly). Relaxed dress code.

Cons

Pay for current position is 10-15,000 less than other companies are offering for the same title/position. Flexibility and WFH used to be and still is the advertised company culture. However they no longer allow many employees to WFH (depends on manager/Department) Many managers/ leaders leaving across multiple departments. This makes it very hard to develop relationships and receive growth as it takes time to build relationships with your manager. Lack of communication/ structure regarding steps/requirements for attaining growth. Positions are posted for formal purposes only. Many times the person has already been chosen prior to the posting. No set “rules” in place with HR for posting positions. It “appears” to be put in place, but is not. Many managers “sell” the possibility of growth, but is not happening. Due to the contract model in place I could not recommend this to a friend.

Pros

They have a lot of opportunities for new graduates Locations across the country

Cons

They treat their service employees terribly, their managers are greedy and rude and even though they preach how much they care about the clients, but they continuously make terrible decisions that make life more difficult for the HR people at each company

Pros

New Tempe facility in nice condition, nice amenities; Starbuck, Gym.

Cons

Tempe location is growing, sadly it is growing without a plan. "work-life balance" does not exist. Be careful, management leads subjectively, by expectations that are not given until they are not met, on bias, and if not liked, for whatever reason, you will be "managed out"; common phrase among leaders. If looking at a role in COS make sure to ASK QUESTIONS, even if you don't know what questions to ask!!! Managers will expect you to ask questions if you don't know (even when you don't know you don't know) and will hold you accountable if you did not "ASK". Lots of inconsistencies on how employees are treated.

We are thoroughly reviewing them as we thoughtfully approach our long-term location strategy, optimize our footprint and consolidate multiple location operations together. Thank you for sharing this and we are taking appropriate actions.
