Pros

Very flexible hours, enjoyed the option of working from home. Decent pay based strictly from experience. Good company to work for.

Cons

Management lacked experience and other service reps are not avaliable to assist in training. Training classes are good, but could be improved to account for new services.

Pros

Lots of autonomy and solid support from management to work out things with client(s)] Pay is decent and you get a bonus if you have reports

Cons

Since the founder and his number 2 left the company in summer 2015, the company has lacked direction.

Pros

I absolutely love working in the benefits department at ADP. I feel as though I am helping employees save money, and do enjoy many of the callers.

Cons

During open season, it can be hectic. Many of the temps hired to help, I feel like they don't take the job personally and many accounts get enrolled incorrectly.
