ADP will hire you in starting out with a good salary.
Cons
After initial hiring salary the merit and promotion increases are a joke. Constant changes within business directions and poor middle management. Feed back is rarely acted on by middle management. Middle management has high turnover with constant redirecting. Claims to use Agile methodology but is really just development sprints which don't even align with the waterfall style release dates. Lots of under qualified managers and group leads.
