Pros

My needs and opinions matter and are valued. I feel respected in the workplace by my managers and coworkers. Instead of just saying they will take care of their employees, they actually do. Everyone works together to accomplish the goal, there is very little "Passing the buck" and everyone is eager to contribute and help.

Cons

I have nothing negative to say!

Pros

The people you work with is really the only pro to working in the Major Accounts department, everyone is so kind and are like family.

Cons

Don’t think hard work and being an exceptional employee will get you anywhere here. To move up in this company it is all about who you know, who you’re related too and what relationships you’ve built with management. There are implicit biases with managers and even upper management. Also, upper management in the La Palma office has a real lack of diversity. Another major con is the Account Manager role has morphed into a role that has taken responsible from other roles at ADP. We’ve taken on their work but are given less pay.
