      The worst place I have ever worked in my life

      Pros

      They leave you alone and therefore there is no micromanagement (despite the excessive reporting of the same information to multiple reports).

      Cons

      They leave you alone while they pile on the work. There is absolutely zero ability in management to understand what it takes to staff projects properly. Projects are dished out like kleenex to everyone regardless of the size or scale of the actual project. Each resource has to handle anywhere between 25-40+ projects at any time...and it never stops. Working here has seriously decreased my desire to wake up at all in the morning.

      Pros

      -outgoing coworkers in the sales division -flexibility in your schedule if you're doing well enough (so that management will not micromanage you to death)

      Cons

      -horrible pay for the amount of work that is put in. there are a few select people that do make a decent amount of money, but those individuals are far and few in between. -politics are out of control -success can be dependent on favoritism -management is generally only concerned with their well being and not for the associates

      Unless you're right out of college and are desperate for a job, look for employment at another division at ADP.

      Pros

      To gain entry into ADP corporate. If you can stick it out at TS for the required time and then transfer to another division, that would be the best reason to work for TotalSource.

      Cons

      TotalSource is widely know as the "black-sheep" of ADP. Very little support from ADP corporate. Upper management at TS is known for being particularly unqualified for the jobs in which they are placed.
