Pros

ADP provides both a challenging and rewarding organizational climate to work in. It's all about teamwork and engagement. I love working with clients directly and this job allows me to be the very best I can be. We also work in an environment where your voice is heard and actions take place.

Cons

I've seen no cons to working at ADP. We have opportunity to improve and innovate and ADP so this allows us to have a voice at the table if we see areas to improve.

Cons

Culture, leadership think associates were born yesterday and treat them like children. Even when they add additional responsibilities to a position they don’t acknowledge it.

Pros

Very serious company, safe working environment and great culture. Also very multicultural. It can be your company for life if you are looking for stability. Ofcourse there can be structural changes and you can be laid off but in general is quite stable.

Cons

Even though the salaries are quite good there are too much differences between associates. Doing same job one can have quite higher salary than other. Managers are too much working for their own good instead of challenging people's abilities.
