Pros

Good training, good promotion opportunities, management ignores the negatives ("challenges") and makes you feel like they have your back.

Cons

The company literally shifted to the south, and why not... cheaper rent and labor, (those promoted from within are paid less than those 'off the street' anyway). Heavy workload.
