Good work environment always doing different activities to keep people entertained

Cons

Low changes of promotions, it is more “who you know or you are you friend with” to be considered for promotions, only offer promotions when you threat to leave

Fun coworkers, most managers have good intentions and want to see you succeed

Cons

ADP will preach that they want to promote leaders and those who take an extra step, but that isnt the case. There have been multiple instances where SLT only looks at the numbers to promote someone versus the overall in resume. SLT & HR put middle managers in an uncomfortable situation, by not allowing managers to determine who should be promoted. SLT & HR/AR does not work with the associates on the day to day, so they do not see the impact that individual contributors have on the teams success
