Pros

Solid, stable company. The process in which a consultant works in is very efficient because it broken up into small chunks. There is PM team. A DM team etc. This means there is support from those around you.

Cons

The separate teams did not suit my working style. Where I like to be involved at each stage this is not possible ay ADP.

Pros

Paycheck is provided on time each pay cycle. Was able to advance quickly.

Cons

Complete lack of focus on the most important asset...the associate. If you would like to work for a boss named Metrics, you will want to apply. Nothing else matters. Managers try their best to keep up morale, but when you're trying to tie a bow around junk, it is still junk. Without adding better process (there may be new, but I'm specifically talking about better) and more associates, year over year targets constantly grow as if productivity is produced out of thin air.

An astonishing amount of access to leadership within the company. Plenty of opportunities to take on additional roles/tasks outside the scope of routine job duties in order to make an impression.

Cons

Working at ADP has a very normal feel to it. Cubicles, punching in and out, standard meetings, performance reviews, etc.
