Pros

I love working for ADP. The company has many different paths an employee can take to learn a new trade and offers many salary increases if you are willing to improve your skill set through training and certifications.

Cons

It doesn't really feel like senior management is in touch with what it like to work on the front line.

Pros

After I left ADP I realised how passionate the staff are and how much they give a damm about the customer. My line manager based in Chertsey was superb, hard working and wasn't afraid to say how she felt. Peers in implementation and service made tough situations manageable and stuck together working to the same end goal. Great employee benefits and flexible view on working location All the team pulled together during trough tines, great team focus and individual problems are managed as team problems Fairly compensated for role

Cons

Product is suffering teething problems and growing pains Perception senior management don't understand how tough it is managing a challenging product High turnover impacts stability and ultimately customer service

Pros

No micro management Decent junior pay and benefits Great work life balance - No expectations of overtime Balance your own workload Easy going teams

Cons

Summary.... Don't come to ADP and expect to make changes (there are hoops you didn't even know existed!) - Great place to coast along, wait out retirement or build up experience... Unfortunately, restrictive for those wanting more. No Training - Expected to implemented products with no product training Reluctance to Change - Mainly by long term managers/employees, who don't necessarily have the wider experience to bring about large scale change Few Processes High Turnover Poor Products No Progression Culture? Focus on South Office

Thank you for your perceptive review. We appreciate you taking the time to review the Cheadle office as it is one of our most important locations and you thoughts on the training need within the organization.
