- great company to work for -very inclusive -flexible -great leadership

Cons

- a lot of the entry level/customer facing roles have high turnover - you can’t switch positions for at least 18 months in any given role - the project service team is very small and niche and they don’t have as robust of a training period as a lot of the other roles -for being such a small/niche team working projects you would think this role was salary, or paid more. Its hourly, 40 hours a week (8:30-5pm with a 30 minute lunch break to clock out for each day for me, but shifts can vary a little)

It gets harder and harder to find pros

Cons

Every year associate take home less thanks to benefit cost increases that aren’t covered by “merit” increases or secretive bonus structures with moving goals that were never actually discussed. We haven’t seen a cost of living increase in over a decade. Meanwhile the ceo ratio is 1:327 and I think she thinks we’re too stupid to Google that.
