Pros

It’s not uncommon to meet associates with 20+ years of tenure. I attribute this to company’s culture of social responsibility and associate engagement.

Cons

Like any larger organizations I think “change” is easier said than done. I find there are still major gaps in salary within positions. While total compensation is competitive, dollar for dollar ADP is falling behind competitors.
