Office culture - we were acquired by ADP a few years ago and our old culture still remains.

Cons

No ownership, everybody pushes problems to the next person/department. Leadership forces employees back to the office even though most jobs can be done remote. Compensation is below market average and well below competitors. Constant turnover, topped with a hiring freeze. Incredibly stressful job made worse by dozens of projects and constant process changes.

Does not always allow remote work when they could for certain positions. Pay is on lower end compared to market.
