Pros

The associates you work with and the front line leaders are phenomenal.

Cons

SLT doesn’t care about you. They promote engagement and culture and do everything they can to crush it all in the same breath. Everyone is underpaid and worked like dogs. They continually have meetings asking how to make people happy and when the people tell them they brush it off because it’s not what they want to hear.
