Pros
- Team-members were wonderful and supportive - Management listened to concerns and tried their best to cater to them - Decent pay but not at the level of competitors
Cons
- Disorganization - other departments were not very communicative which led to increased project setup times leading to angry clients - Work load - they will give you as many accounts as possible, often leading to stress and client dissatisfaction as you won't be able to prioritize solving issues for previous clients - VERY rude customers that were sold something that does not function as Sales told them it should. There was often a gap in communication from the sales process to implementation. -Insufficient training - while I understand they want to get you working ASAP, you will often be in trial-by-fire situations due to the number of moving parts you need to handle.
