It is a great company. They do treat you well. Get to work a couple days from home a week. They will send you a home kit and the benefits are fantastic.

Cons

For the amount of work you do. You will be underpaid. You are a pseudo-project manager, but aren't getting paid as such. Things are always changing so quickly and they haven't fully set up the resources to be successful.
