-Great company culture -Great resume booster. Use job as stepping stone for further opportunities.

Cons

-No growth opportunities -Benefits are basic -They pay under market value and will keep you distracted with $15 lunches and occasional bonuses -company quickly turned from fully remote to majority in office -raises do not keep up with inflation or cost of living.
