      Pros

      An astonishing amount of access to leadership within the company. Plenty of opportunities to take on additional roles/tasks outside the scope of routine job duties in order to make an impression.

      Cons

      Working at ADP has a very normal feel to it. Cubicles, punching in and out, standard meetings, performance reviews, etc.

      Very friendly staff, great environment with lots of young talent. Very encouraging in terms of growth.

      compensation could be better. Some workplace politics. Upper management not very approachable.

      Poor leadership, poor career development opportunities for senior employees. Heavy reliance on outsourcing to employees outside the U..S. to save a few dollars, rather than use their highly skilled U.S. workforce.
