      -Flexibility -friendly environment -great communication -teamwork -ability to work on your own, but you have teammates if you have questions -management is willing to help -I love that the team makes you feel like family, they celebrate birthdays, and holidays together. -There is always something going on to get you interacting with your co-workers and getting to know each other better. -You are in charge of your own success, by your work ethic after you are given work
