      No micro management Decent junior pay and benefits Great work life balance - No expectations of overtime Balance your own workload Easy going teams

      Summary.... Don't come to ADP and expect to make changes (there are hoops you didn't even know existed!) - Great place to coast along, wait out retirement or build up experience... Unfortunately, restrictive for those wanting more. No Training - Expected to implemented products with no product training Reluctance to Change - Mainly by long term managers/employees, who don't necessarily have the wider experience to bring about large scale change Few Processes High Turnover Poor Products No Progression Culture? Focus on South Office

      Pros

      Salary is very good for EL Paso. Able to work from home three days out of the week.

      Cons

      Sometimes you will have to work late hours or weekends when projects need to go live.

      Pros

      salary, end of year bonus. lots of freedom to plan implementations yourself. company car for implementation. working in small teams for customer. the people you work with give you energy

      Cons

      no training, no career progress. internal job website cant be taken seriously... i wonder if people ever find a job through the search engine. they are unable to bring change. change seems to be a cycle but in the end nothing changes.
