Pros

You have the option to work from home. PTO is great and encouraged. Great co-workers

Cons

low pay, no clear understanding or guidelines on how to get promoted. The company runs very lean so you work long hours during the peak and fiscal year end. Poor communication between departments and many layers of management. It can be extremely hard to get things fixed if you don't know the "right" people. Poor training program but they have been working on that

Pros

Good benefits and pay. Able to work from home in bad weather.

Cons

Long hours, no work life balance. Extremely stressful working conditions. Very difficult to be promoted. Hard work and long hours are not appreciated. Many of the metrics you are judged on for annual review are not controllable by Implementation Specialist. Closing offices with tenured people (20+ years or more) for new hires right out of college.
