      Flexible work hours Independence Ability to learn Lots of good and knowledgeable employees Transparency of info

      Cons

      No real work life balance, too many projects at once Management doesn’t trust employees, was told able to work from home but 6 months into work it was stopped yet manager’s favourites are allow to do so Double standards by managers Managers don’t listen to employees concerns Shouldn’t be allow to hire friends and treat differently from other employees this kills morale

      Pros

      I love everything about ADP. The company truly cares about their employees and the culture is beyond amazing. Knowing what I know, I would take a pay cut to work here.

      Cons

      I can’t think of any other than lack of PTO. It’s not bad but it’s not great either.

      Work life balance within your control; great opportunities including wide range of roles; training; certifications; community service; business resource groups

      Cons

      Since we work in payroll, there are black out periods during holidays, however once you get used to this and understand why, it becomes part of your life
