Decent benefits and PTO (except times when you can take PTO are limited, and good luck getting approved)

Cons

Mandatory overtime, the only stats they care about is % of time of calls, survey scores are used against you unfairly, sales does not work well with implementation- often times sales lies about capabilities and it falls back on you to tell the client

Company used to be favorable in flexible work environment

Company is pushing knowledge and experience out the door for low paying new grads with no HR/PR knowledge which is hurting the client experience .
