Amazing culture, the people you work with are friendly and the corporate culture is very pro-diversity.

Cons

Management sometimes burns out their support staff and people leave due to management not recognizing when to redirect work flow.

Pros

Teams make work worthwhile. Working with ADP your experience can vary based on your teammates. I've been blessed to have great teammates and managers that vibe with my style.

Cons

Poor training, but to be fair, with a company as vast and complex as ADP, I'm not sure how I would improve beyond the training sessions that exist. Teams. As much as they can be a pro, it can be a detractor, but that exists anywhere. Promotion structure is lacking, particuarly in this department.

Plenty of overtime if hourly.

Cons

They over load you with accounts. And you will get written up for escalations beyond your control. You are also given your bonus based on client feed back that survey that has nothing to do with you. No 9 or 10. No promotion or bonus mo matter how hard you worked. Survey doesn't include your name it General.
