Benefits, great pay, great PTO Plan. Almost a month and a half total in first year.

Cons

No work like balance. Mandatory OT during holidays. It’s a call center. They say it’s not but it is. Productivity over employees mental health

ADP cares about it’s employees and culture. Good growth opportunities.

Cons

They could pay more competitively. They told us no promotions this year but then promoted many in other divisions giving very large increases.
