Pros

Good benefits and decent pay.

Cons

Company is so large it makes it very difficult to get in touch with the right person or to find the information you need. Teams and managers are virtual (spread across the country) so there is no team dynamic, which leaves you feeling like you have no one to go to when you need help. They utilize the sink or swim method. Very limited salary increases each year as well as when you are promoted.

Pros

- Looks impressive on a resume

Cons

- they'll sell you "its all about the client" when sales numbers and sales roll call is all that matters - hard to work with clients the way they want you to if you have integrity - most of the division is overworked and underpaid - benefits get more expensive while shrinking - Sales, and only Sales, gets incentives and bonuses - any suggestions are met with "you should just be happy you have a job"
