Pros

I enjoy the people I work with and the campus. I enjoy the understanding that tattoos and piercings are okay and that ADP is ahead of the curve on acceptance.

Cons

Implementation is a nightmare. Pay is lower than average, very overwhelming work load, lax management, upper management seems very out of touch. Would not recommend working in Implementation or at ADP in general really. Training was laughable.
