Pros

Amazing sales experience, where you are in control of your own money. You work hard to close deals, and you are rewarded for it. SuperStarts & President's Club also very motivating

Cons

Since CompServices is an expensive offering, the deals can take a while to close. But not a problem as long as you work hard :)
