1. Job Security 2. Salary on time 3. Employee benefits are really good. 4. No work pressure (depends on teams though) 5. Work-life balance on average is really good. 6. If you are looking for something long-term, this might be the company for you.

Cons

1. Politics 2. Things move slow here.. 3. HR dept is quite a mess. 4. No long-term product vision 5. Adoption of new tech is slow. 6. Appraisal and Promotion standards need to be revamped.
