      Pros

      The pay is competitive, overall company culture is very positive, lots of advancement and development opportunities and a plethora of employee resources.

      Cons

      No standardized training. Policies and procedures are not easily searchable or don’t exist which can be frustrating if you have questions/concerns about specific things

      Pros

      There are no pros at all except certain other staff who feel as I do.

      Cons

      They treat their clients' employees like crap. Pays are always processed later and later, which is awful when people are relying on them. There is no consideration for these people at all.
