Pros

Strengh of Company. When everyone is succeeding it is a great place to work. This organization is sales driven. If your manager is good you will succeed if not you will fail.

Cons

Direct Management some are prepared and understand the business. Others are there because of previous management and are not aware on how to manage employees or customers and effect performance of the employee.

Pros

It's your typical corporate environment, but the benefits are good. The company spends a lot of money on employee training, and the training is excellent. Most of the employees seem to be pretty sharp, and there is great emphasis on raising morale.

Cons

The pay could have been a little better. Other than that, I have nothing against this company.
