Pros

If you fit into the title description of Young, Blonde, Fresh College Grad, then this is the right company for you. If not, steer clear.

Cons

Review of Small Business Services Call Center Parsippany: A few of the many Cons -Not inclusive of persons from other backgrounds who may not fit the Valley Girl/Guy stereotype -Management that doesn't interact with members of other teams even though you all work together and for the same goal -The new hire assistance you receive from fellow co-workers is based on whether they like you or not -Not a pleasant place to be on a daily basis -You can work here for years and if you're not a part of the "in" crowd, you will not be recommended for advancement
