Pros

Excellent PTO and pay. Lots of training opportunities and support. Plenty of opportunities for overtime. Casual work environment, but colleagues are incredibly professional and willing to help.

Cons

Very stressful work schedule with minimal time to work cases, especially during Year End. Also difficult to get time off on short notice.
