      Good benefits and coworkers are nice

      Cons

      The difference in the way some of the departments are treated compared to others is mind blowing. They’ll tell 3/4 of the building to go home early to avoid bad weather, but let the other 1/4 risk being hit by a tornado just so they don’t have to let them off of the phones long enough for them to get home.

      Healthy work environment

      Pros

      Overall the work environment is healthy. People who work there are friendly and the leaders are supportive, compassionate and understanding. Management provides you with sufficient amount of training and coaching throughout the year. There is a large room for advancement.

      Cons

      From December until March, you're not allowed to book vacation time as it's the busiest time of the year. It gets too busy, you get back to back calls every day of the week for 4 consecutive months and it gets highly stressful, pressuring and draining. The rest of the year has a low to a moderate amount of work pressure.
