Pros

Good benefits, decent pay, try to make the office environment fun for everyone, lots of room for advancement

Cons

There are always layoffs, inconsistencies around workload between departments, keep piling on more work until you're so overloaded, have gotten rid of alot of tenured people with alot of knowledge.
